Delete your MeAndYou account

In the app: open Profile, tap the Settings icon, choose Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: email support@meandyou.cloud from any address with the mobile number of your account. We confirm by SMS or email and delete it within 7 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, bio, interests and photo
• Who you follow and who follows you, people you blocked, your call history
• Your chats (for both people in the conversation), subscription details and daily usage
• Reports you sent

What we keep

• Payment records (plan, amount, order IDs), as tax and refund law requires
• Reports about the account and any suspensions, as safety records

A suspended account can't be deleted from the app while the suspension lasts; contact us instead.
